We'll do our best to respond within the same day that we receive your message, but, if support volume is high, it might take us an additional day to get to you. Your patience is always appreciated. Our support team keeps normal business hours (9am-5pm ET M-F), and will only be reading and responding to emails during those hours.
If you find a bug on the shop, send us a message titled BUG-REPORT to our support email with information so we can reproduce it (device, browser, screenshots, etc). If you're the first person to report it, we have something special for you to show our thanks for helping us to make better products! 𖢂
SHIPPING

To offer you a wider range of sizes and products, certain items will be made to order and shipped when ready. Please refer to the shipping information included in the product description for the most accurate information for your order.
Orders with multiple items will be shipped when everything on the order is ready.
For customers outside of the United States please be aware that you will be responsible for paying the customs/import duties for your order. These charges have been fluctuating and may be specific to your country. Unfortunately we cannot provide the duty information for all countries so we recommend that you research what additional fees will be relevant for you before placing your order.
RETURNS
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of order receipt. To initiate a return, please email support@loveletter.cc with your order number and we will happily assist you!
JEWELRY CARE
We ultimately believe that the best way to care for your jewelry is to use it and that the patina that comes from daily wear is part of a desireable aesthetic that can only be acheived by you.
Exposure to cosmetic products with sulfates, chlorinated water, and bleach are all things that can heavily tarnish your jewelry. This can be cleaned to a certain extent with tarnish cloths and tarnish cleaner, though it may be difficult to remove entirely especially if there is significant build up.
